Once an account has been purchased, users will receive an email from FT+ and cTrader, which will look like the examples below:
Note: cTrader operates through a web-based interface, and application, which you can download from your cTrader ID account.
Clicking the "Set Password" button will direct you to your cTrader ID account
Log into the platform by clicking on the "Launch cTrader" button provided in the email, or you can use this link; GooeyTrade cTrader
Upon clicking the above link, users will be directed to the trading platform, and you can log in via the "log in" button in the top right corner of the platform;
Ensure to input your cTrader ID or email address and password at this stage, avoiding the use of your account number provided in your account details email, as shown here:
Upon successful input, you are now logged in and prepared to commence your trading activities.
Note: cTrader does not use your account number to log in, you have one single sign in, all your associated accounts will be listed and selectable from within the interface.
