Welcome to MTR!
Here you'll find support for logging into Match-Trader for both Desktop, or Mobile. As always, your welcome e-mail is the source of all relevant information for you:
For Desktop Users
Login here: https://mtr.gooeytrade.com/login
You will need your Username & Password from your welcome e-mail.
For Match-Trader your Username will be based on your e-mail address, use this whenever you log into MTR, it's that simple!
An example Username would be example+FTP@youremaildomain.com
Please remember that all credentials are case-sensitive.
Your login details are different to your account numbers, which will be listed within the platform if you have more than one.
If you use multiple platforms, such as DXtrade and Match-Trader, please ensure you're using the correct URL and Username to login, as Usernames are not interchangeable between platforms.
For Mobile Users
Firstly, you will need the app on your phone!
The app is available in both Apple iOS, and Android app stores.
You can find the app by searching "MTR GooeyTrade", and looking out for the GooeyTrade logo!
Once you have the app installed, you will need your Username & Password from your welcome e-mail.
For Match-Trader your Username will be based on your e-mail address, use this whenever you log into MTR, it's that simple!
An example Username would be example+FTP@youremaildomain.com
Please remember that all credentials are case-sensitive.
You will then have full access to the Match-Trader app, with the convenience of taking it anywhere!
