KYC Verification Process

In order to trade any of our FT+ Trader simulated live accounts, or receive any withdrawal payment, we require KYC. We require this to ensure we adhere to strict Anti Fraud and Anti Money Laundering laws. We cannot complete payments without verified KYC.

KYC means "Know Your Customer" and this is used across the industry to verify the identity of those purchasing accounts. For KYC, we use a third party service, provided by “Sumsub”.
Sumsub requires several steps in order to complete and verify a profile; these include the following:

Step 1: Email verification - You will click the KYC link provided, via the email you registered your FT+ account with, and will then input your email to receive a confirmation code via email.

Step 2: Once your email is verified, you will then be required to use your device to take a live “Selfie” which verifies human liveness.

Step 3: Once your live selfie is complete, you will then be required to take a live photo, and upload this to Sumsub, of your valid, Government issued, Photo ID.

Sumsub will then analyse the data and either confirm your profile is verified, or state the profile is “rejected” as unsuccessful. If your profile was unsuccessful, please contact us at info@fundedtradingplus.com and someone from the accounts team will assist. This does not mean the accounts team can manually verify your profile in all instances. They will do their best to guide and assist.

If your profile is unsuccessful, has too many discrepancies, or is rejected by Sumsub for any reason, we do reserve the right to refuse the KYC profile. In the rare circumstances that KYC is not verified, we will work with the client on an individual support basis to conclude the issue in line with our policies and T&C’s.
