You can request a platform change in some instances, for most programs. You can only do this if you have not started the program or taken any trades on the account. To confirm; if you have placed any trades on the account, this will not be possible.
There is also a $25 administration fee for this due to the costs associated with breaching and closing the initial account, and opening a new account, on your new platform.
If you would like to proceed with this platform change request, you will need to create a support ticket. You can use the New Ticket page on our website, or email us at "Support@fundedtradingplus.com" to create a ticket for this.
If you would like us to go ahead and change your platform, you can pay for the change by clicking here. Once paid, you will receive an order number, which you should include in your support ticket.
Please do not make any trades on the account whilst waiting for your support ticket to be resolved, and this will invalidate your platform change request.
NOTE: THE OLD ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE USABLE.
