I no longer want my account, do you offer refunds?

FT+ will issue refunds, as per our refund policy.

Refunds are available for any program, if you change your mind and if you have not placed any simulated trades on the account within the first 14 days. Once you take the first simulated trade on the account, you are no longer eligible for a refund. 

To confirm, traded accounts are not eligible for a refund, as expressed in the T&C's agreed to upon purchase
