We have KYC (Know Your Customer) identity checks at the ‘FT+ Trader’ phase of all programs. This is required for compliance of anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud regulations. If you have completed KYC for us previously, you do not need to do so again unless you are purchasing under a different email address.
The identity checks only take a couple of minutes and are easy to complete. The checks will recognise documents and photo ID from over 200 countries.
We need all customers to complete KYC before we can process any withdrawals or sign any contracts, so doing it upon account creation will prevent delays on receiving your ‘FT+ Trader’ account and withdrawals will be processed faster. Please ensure you complete your KYC within 3 days, or your account will be paused until completed.
If you cannot complete KYC automatically, please contact us via support ticket, and we will review your case. You can use the New Ticket page on our website, or email us at "Support@fundedtradingplus.com" to create a ticket for this.
If your profile is unsuccessful, has too many discrepancies, or is rejected by Sumsub for any reason, we do reserve the right to refuse the KYC profile. In the rare circumstances that KYC is not verified, we will work with the client on an individual support basis to conclude the issue in line with our policies and T&C’s.
