Payout Requests

Each program has different rules regarding your first Payout request and each subsequent requests. You can view the relevant program page on our website or the help center article for your specific program, for all information regarding your withdrawal requests. 

For non program specific information regarding all Payout requests, please note the following: 

For any Payout request, we require both the Trader Agreement to be signed, and verified KYC from the named person on your account. 

Additionally, all payout requests are subject to standard review and processing, and for this, we ask for up to 48 hours (2 business days) to complete this, though it is usually much sooner.
