Each program has different rules regarding your first withdrawal request and each subsequent requests. You can view the relevant program page on our website or the help center article for your specific program, for all information regarding your withdrawal requests. 

For non program specific information regarding all withdrawal requests, please note the following: 

For any withdrawal request, we require both the researcher contract to be signed, and verified KYC from the named person on your account.

Additionally, all withdrawal requests are subject to standard review and processing, and for this, we ask for up to 48 hours (2 business days) to complete this, though it is usually much sooner.
